Xtreme Couture's 3 Day Training Camp



  July 30, 31 and August 1st - 2010

There will be 8 hours of instruction over 3 days focusing on
Submission Grappling, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Wrestling
 as they apply to MMA. Randy will also talk to the group about
mental skills and proper nutrition by XCAP

   Instructors:
  * Randy "The Natural" Couture
  * Ray Sefo (K1 Kickboxing Champion) 
  * Neil Melanson (Head Submission Grappling Coach)
 

  All sessions will be followed by a Q&A session.
  Autograph signing and photo session on Sunday to wrap up the
  camp.


  The Xtreme Couture Camp is open to people of all skill levels.

    Cost:
    $500 -Non-Members
   $400.00 for Returning Campers and XCMMA Members
